Who should use this package?
Applicants wishing to secure a real estate broker’s license must have a minimum of two (2) years full-time, (or 4-years part-time) experience during the 5-year period immediately preceding application for license or have completed a four-year college degree.

How much does it cost?
Only $60 per course (includes Book) plus S/H (1-4 courses is $10, 5 or more courses is $15).
What if I have a college degree?
An applicant with a four-year college degree from an accredited college is exempt from the two-year salesperson experience requirement.
Can I use any of the college degree courses in place of the statutory-required courses mentioned above?
