What is a Transaction Coordinator? LYON Real
Estate began the TC program in 1997 to help the
agents get out of the business of paperwork so
that they can concentrate on what they do best,
listing and selling. Only LYON Real Estate
provides fully trained and licensed Transaction
Coordinators so you can devote your valuable
time to servicing your needs and developing your
business. The Transaction Coordinators will
process all the necessary forms, confirm
inspection timelines, coordinate with the
client, the title company and other parties as
required to ensure the listing and escrow
process runs smoothly. The program was designed
in a menu style so that you can choose to have
the TC handle all, or just a part of your
business.
Networking Groups
Executives and Senior Executives networking
groups meet regularly to share business ideas,
marketing techniques, and sales tips in a
comfortable, open environment. This peer-to-peer
networking session brings agents together to
build relationships; helps create goals and
motivation; and spearheads best practices –
increasing productivity and closed escrows.
